據eROI的調查顯示,有接近90%被訪市場營銷員認為“在電子郵件中提供適合的內容”是電郵推廣成功最重要的因素,另外有81%的人則認為”電郵的送遞率”(Deliverability)是最重要。
69%的人則認為電子郵件的設計不單對電郵推廣重要,還會直接影響其品牌的形象,亦有68%的人認為對不同的電郵網絡供應商(ISP)作出編碼和測試是重要的。
大約一半的市場營銷員都覺得適當的市場分割是重要的,而只有37%的人覺得能夠在電郵中提拱優惠是重要,但是只有少數的人視發送於適當的時間是電郵推廣的重要因素。
