| Responsibilities: | - Direct marketing team to achieve marketing goals and meet lead generation target
- To develop, implement and evaluate different marketing programs such as advertising campaigns, events, PR and call programs so that to ensure sufficient leads are maintained for sales team
- Develop and build relationship with strategic partners and support partners’ selling process of company products
- Keep monitoring, analyzing and tracking the sales figures and market trend in order to initiate appropriate reaction on time
- Keep communications with product development team and sales force to effectively position Radica products with prospects and customers
- Monitor outsource production house, designers and agency when necessary to ensure quality deliverables

| Qualification: | - Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Information Technology Management related disciplines
- At least 3-4 year experience in marketing function or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English and good interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a desire to work in innovative software company
- Mature, initiative, responsible and result-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Think critically and eager to learn and want to have self-improvement
- Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
