 | Job Description
- Management, development, deployment and support of software
- Creation and implementation of application development standards and technical documentation standards for customers and partner clinics
- Building and mentoring a development team, setting development priorities and ensuring timely delivery of devices
- Proactively recommending courses of action to maintain cost effectiveness, competitiveness and stability of environment
- Assessment of technology and internal capability to support the current and future needs of customers and partners
- Managing external development resources
- Development of technology policies and procedures

| Experience and Skills: | - Minimum 5 years of experience developing software applications, preferably in the eCRM and Artificial intelligence
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experienced with Java, and database technology
- Knowledgeable in latest web application development environments including J2EE
- Background in developing multilingual software applications
- Skilled in managing large-scale projects with high quality deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical staff through various life-cycle phases
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in working with multi-national organizations and ability to travel abroad
- Ability to present and explain technical information to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable in a “hands on” environment
