| Responsibilities: | - Participate in the development, maintenance and enhancement of the Radica Product
- Evaluate available technologies and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Enterprise infrastructure deployment
- Document technical process flows
- Design/develop eMarketing kinds of programs
- Plan and conduct unit, integration, user acceptance tests

| Qualification: | - University Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in software development in Java web application.
- Knowledge in the following fields are preferable:
~Reporting Technology - Crystal report, Jasper report or Birt
~Java technology - Spring, Hibernate , Struts
~Web technology - Ajax, Javascript
- Self-motivated team player and ability to work with a team of developers and architects.
- Hardworking, able to work independently and to work under a tight schedule and meet deadlines
- Fresh Graduate is welcomed
