Radica is eagerly seeking high quality system engineer who are enthusiastic about technology, to work on our ever-growing list of clients all over the world.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure maximum uptime and performance of ASP infrastructure by deploying automated problem alert system
  • Monitor and ensure all servers, applications and database hosted in datacenter are in healthy status
  • Review system capacity and database resource from time to time and conduct upgrade when necessary
  • Execute regular server tuning, housekeeping, back-up and other system administration/ maintenance tasks in a professional manner
  • Regular upgrade for ASP customers when new product release is available
  • To develop and provide guidelines, standards and procedures in compliance of corporate policies and standards
  • Work with partner in license implementation assignments to meet project timeline

Qualification:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 4 years of solid experience in Apache HTTPD, Tomcat integration
  • Basic Oracle and Linux administration
  • Good knowledge with hands-on experience on the protocols: HTTP, SMTP, POP3, TCP/IP
  • Experience in administration of high-traffic web site or network
  • In possession of good network management concept
  • Able to work under pressure and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, spoken Mandarin is preferable
