What is RDP?

Radica Development Programs (RDP) are comprehensive programs to develop a core group of young graduates of high caliber, like you, to become part of our winning team. As our Trainee, you will undergo a 3-years well-structured training program including formal practical and on-the-job training.

*Around 10-12 hrs per week
2nd - 3rd Year
As full-time staff
*The working hr / schedule will depend on which position you applied for. The candidates may be requested to start the summer intership program in the 1st summer.

The programs are exposed to Year-2 Outstanding Students who are seeking challenges in their career path and a working environment that can allow their potential being fully developed. Students with related academic background would join us as a Marketing Trainee /Engineer Trainee.

RDP ~ Marketing Trainee

Job Descriptions:

  • Initiate and co-organize marketing events with strategic partners
  • Build up alliance network and keep good partner relationship
  • Assist and drive for online marketing campaigns
  • Marketing project owner during full-time status

Requirements:

  • Creative and initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Presentable and think independently
  • Good negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • Interested in e-marketing technology and a teamwork player

RDP ~ Engineer Trainee

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop core features on Radica Systems products based on Radica technologies and platform
  • Standard testing framework and Capability Maturity Model for Radica software

Requirements:

  • 2nd year student from recognized University towards the degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • 6 months experience in software development in JAVA
  • Self-motivated team player and ability to work with a team of programmers
  • HTTP, JavaScript, HTML experience.
  • Knowledge of Redhat, Tomcat and MySQL
