Develop and generate new business by working directly with end-user clients whilst leveraging value added partners with the primary aim of meeting assigned quarterly and annual sales targets for the territory.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and generate new business by working directly with end-user clients whilst leveraging value added partners with the primary aim of meeting assigned quarterly and annual sales targets for the territory.
  • Selling of Radica products and services, targeting new prospects in the territory.
  • Working with a technical consultant whose primary responsibility would be to provide pre-sales technical support to prospects.
  • Solution selling to position products and service with the prospect. Selling in a competitive Multi Product and Multi Price environment.
  • Ability to sell at top level management to top Fortune 500 and listed companies
  • Aggressively develop and manage a pipeline of prospects to achieve quarterly and annual bookings targets.
  • Work with key partners and integrators to leverage revenue generating opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales team and other teams including Marketing, Account Management and Consulting and other staff in HQ located in Hong Kong.

Qualification:
  • At least 3+ years experience of successful sales in the software industry or online marketing or any other related industries.
  • Experience with marketing and/or advertising agencies and/or publisher is preferred but not a must.
  • Familiar with high ticket sales of US$100K-$200K+.
  • Proven ability to manage and drive complex sales cycles to a successful close. Whilst working as part of a team, be independent and able to work away form the office for frequent periods of time.
  • Ability to sell to both the business user and the IT department. Solution Selling background is a key criteria.
  • Ability to provide accurate sales forecasts and deliver against them.
  • Excellent at contract negotiations of different types and at all levels.
  • Proven ability to spot the right opportunity, set priorities put in place and execute correct strategies to convert the opportunity into real business.
  • Ability to demonstrate software products.
  • Ability to grasp technical issues and their impact on sales opportunities
