Within RADICA, Francis is responsible for strategic direction, local and overseas business development and providing a long term vision for the company. As an energetic and creative individual, Francis instills in all RADICANs the power and foresight to bring eMarketing to a new level.

Francis is a frequent speaker at industry conferences including Ad Tech, ICE etc and guest lecturer at several local universities. Francis received his Bachelor of Science in Physics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Leading the marketing and corporate communications team, Irene identifies local and overseas opportunities to publicize RADICA's solutions.  Accompanied by a public relations background, Irene and her team in the marketing department have handled over 300 seminars to date and is actively looking for the next opportunity to generate more interest in the company's products. With her excellent supervision and fascinating insights, Radica is able to maintain an outstanding level of product and service performance.

Irene graduated from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration in Marketing.
