Responsibilities:

·As a project manager / coordinator, to manage different Email campaigns, co-ordinate with different in-house or external vendors, and directly communicate with customers
· Work with designers and make sure all outputs are correct
· Need to work with colleagues in Guangzhou and Shanghai, occasionally need to travel
· Help to prepare the presentation materials / campaign reports, and need to join call with sales team for materials follow-up
 

Requirements:

·  0-2 years working experience in marketing / advertising agencies / magazine publishers / any related industry
·  Degree or diploma holder in Marketing / BBA or any related discipline
·  Familiar with HTML, Dreamweaver and Photoshop is a plus
·  Punctual and able to work under stress and over –time
·  Good communication skill in written and spoken English & Cantonese, Mandarin will be an added value
·  Occasional travel to China may be required
